Danish Dough Whisk

This Danish-style dough whisk will forever remain a staple in a bread baker's arsenal. Perfect for mixing up sourdough starter or large swaths of dough. We find it's particularly handy when whipping around anything tacky, glutinous or gummy (especially homemade mashed potatoes).

Whisk head fits inside any standard wide-mouthed canning jar.
